At Tozando International, we stand by the quality of our martial arts equipment and offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made products, such as personalized Bogu or engraved swords, are generally ineligible for return unless defective.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include a copy of your invoice along with the issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our logistics center in Kyoto, Japan; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
