Koto Shinai

Koto style shinai are highly regarded for helping create a strong center. With an near evenly distributed weight, koto shinai influence form and proper swinging mechanics. As a side affect of having the weight distributed down the shinai, the tip of the shinai is also thicker and more resilient, making these shinai less prone to cracking and splintering.
