How long does it take to ship internationally?
Standard international shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days via DHL or EMS. Please note that custom-made items, such as personalized uniforms or swords, require additional production time.
How do I ensure I choose the correct size for my Bogu or Gi?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For the best fit, we recommend following our measurement video guides. If you are between sizes, please contact our support team for a personalized recommendation.
What is your return policy for martial arts gear?
We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-made or embroidered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do I have to pay international customs duties and taxes?
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by your local customs office upon the arrival of the package.
Can I request custom embroidery for my uniform?
Yes, we offer professional embroidery services for Dogi, Hakama, and belts. You can select your preferred font, color, and text (including Japanese Kanji translation) directly on the product page.
